Shift Manager — Lead a Customer-First Bakery Team

Greggs in Bridgend is looking for a Shift Manager to lead a busy shop team and keep standards high. You’ll support the Manager, motivate colleagues and ensure an excellent customer experience across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels.

Expect early starts from 4:30 am with flexible shift patterns. 20–30 hours per week at £14.00 per hour, with a 20p band increment. If you have supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.
