As a Head Porter , you will receive:

• Salary: £14.50 per hour

The ideal candidatefor the HeadPorter role will:

• Ensure anefficient operation on the shift and take responsibility for teambriefings.
• Focus onensuring all stock controls in the pantries, including linen and cleaningmaterial to the outlined stock levels on the floors.
• Have ability to workand multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Supervise,mentor and develop the housekeeping porters.
• Empower the teamto be more involved in the guest experience.
• Listen to theneeds of guests and other team members and adapt to meet them.
• Have a courteous andprofessional attitude with guests and team members.
