IT Desktop Support Apprentice — Learn Azure & IT Skills

QA is offering an IT apprentice opportunity in our Bristol office. The role sits in IT Services and supports the Level 2 team, training through a Microsoft Azure Cloud Support Specialist Level 3 Apprenticeship with paid on-the-job training.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in deskside support, Microsoft 365, device support and incident resolution while learning in a live professional services IT environment. 35 hours per week, with travel to training locations as needed.
