Our reputation has been built on quality, technical expertise and customer service, producing castings in gold, platinum and other precious metals for jewellers and brands throughout the UK.We are looking for a practical, organised Production Assistant to join our London team and help with the day-to-day running of our production operation.**The role**Working closely with the production team, you will help receive and check customer jobs, prepare work for production, keep order information accurate and organise completed work for dispatch. You will also support the team with general production tasks, helping ensure jobs move through the workshop efficiently and meet our quality standards.**About you**We are looking for someone who:* Has good attention to detail and takes care when handling customers’ work.* Is organised and able to keep track of several jobs at once.* Is comfortable using computers to enter and check order information.* Communicates clearly and works well as part of a team.* Is reliable, practical and willing to learn.Previous experience in jewellery, manufacturing or a production environment would be an advantage, but training will be provided to the right candidate.**Salary**Competitive, dependent on experience**Location**London**Job Type**Full time, permanent**Apply Online**Please send us your CV together with a brief summary of your relevant experience using the application form below.
