Compassionate Care & Social Activities Worker

Mencap in Ryton is seeking compassionate Support Workers to help four gentlemen aged 52–81 with learning disabilities. You’ll assist with daily activities, provide emotional support, and help residents enjoy social activities such as art, music, bowling, cinema outings and meals out.

The role includes intimate personal care and requires flexibility to cover evenings, weekends and holidays. A sleep-in option is available at an enhanced rate of £64.20.
