Senior Care Lead – Flexible Bank Shifts & Growth

Barchester Healthcare in Northampton is seeking a casual, part-time Bank Senior Care Assistant to support residents with warm, person-centred care. Shifts are 12 hours, 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am, offering flexibility and the chance to work around other commitments.

You will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, assist the clinical team with medication, assessments, care plans and reviews, and help create a welcoming, dignified environment for residents.
