Children's Residential Team Lead — Calm, Caring Leader

Cambian Group Plc is recruiting a Residential Team Leader to oversee care for Children and Young People in our residential services. You will lead and support a team of children's residential care workers, ensure Ofsted-aligned practice, and help plan and manage rotas and meetings with the Deputy and home manager.

You will foster a safe, inclusive home environment, promote positive development, and role-model calmness and effective communication in challenging situations.
