Be a part of it.Cygnet Healthcare is looking for an experienced Support Worker to join our team working at Cygnet Willow House.You’ll be working 42 hours a week (days and nights from 07:45am/pm until 08:00pm/am, including alternative weekends), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Willow House.Willow House is a specialist residential service with nursing for adults with learning disabilities complex needs and behaviours that may challenge.We are looking for someone who is:Driven with a desire to make a real difference in people’s livesExperienced for 1 year plus in a support setting working with learning disabilities and mental healthAn excellent communicator and a good team playerCaring and understanding with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating & varied environmentPassionate about empowering & supporting service user independenceYour day-to-day…Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our careProvide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional supportLearn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate wayAssist with medical & welfare needsReport on medical & welfare needs as requiredSafeguard all patientsMaintain a safe, clean environment for allWhy Cygnet?
