Public Health Nursery Nurse (0-5) – Part-Time

The Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust is seeking a Community Nursery Nurse (Associate Public Health Practitioner) Band 4 on a permanent, part-time basis (22.5 hours per week) in Borehamwood. The post supports delivery of the Healthy Child and Public Health Nursing Programme across the 0–5 age range, with involvement in school, community settings and the home as required.

You will work under the Public Health Nurse direction to improve health and wellbeing for a defined population.
