Senior Lifeguard

We have a vacancy for a Senior Lifeguard to lead our dedicated lifeguard team, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all pool users. The successful candidate will support our daily operations, maintain high safety standards, and step in for the Duty Manager as and when needed.

• The Senior Lifeguard will supervise pool users and lead the lifeguard team, coordinating rotations and duties.
• Perform lifeguarding duties, first aid, rescues, and emergency response.
• Maintain pool safety, cleanliness, water quality, and operational standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to enquiries.
• Assist with opening/closing the facility, equipment setup, and center patrols.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding policies.
• Maintain valid NPLQ and first aid qualifications; attend regular training.

We are looking for an experienced lifeguard with strong leadership skills. You will be passionate about customer service and creating a safe, enjoyable environment. You should be customer-focused and committed to providing excellent customer care experience.
