Sirona care & health CIC in Bristol is seeking a committed Community Nurse (Band 5) to join our Integrated Neighbourhood Teams, supporting adults and children in their own homes. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, deliver holistic care, and develop competencies within the INT framework.
