We are looking to recruit a compassionate and enthusiastic Deputy Service Manager.

If you have experience leading teams supporting autistic adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health conditions. This could be an exciting opportunity for you!

We are looking to recruit someone who has the following skills, experience and qualities:

• Experience supporting and leading staff teams
• Experience working with external multidisciplinary teams and professionals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
