H&H Land & Estates, part of the H&H Group, seeks an experienced Chartered Surveyor to join our Carlisle-based Land Agency team. The role offers a challenging mix of rural and residential property work across Cumbria and neighbouring areas, with travel as required.
You will advise landowners and clients, carry out valuations, rural sales and lettings, tenancy agreements, and advise on environmental schemes. A flexible, proactive approach and a UK driving licence are essential.
