What you'll do
Welcome and assist customers with friendly, expert service across footwear, apparel, and accessories.
Share product knowledge and current promotions; recommend the right fit and kit for ski, hike, run and lifestyle.
Process transactions accurately (till, card payments, returns/exchanges).
Keep the shop floor immaculate: replenish stock, size runs, displays and windows.
Support merchandising and in‑store events/campaigns.
Work as one team to meet daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs.
What we're looking for
Retail or customer‑service experience (outdoor/ski industry a plus).
A friendly communicator who enjoys helping people and working in a team.
Numeracy for cash handling and basic POS confidence.
Languages (nice to have): Arabic, French, Spanish, or Italian.
Weekend and seasonal flexibility.

Requirements
Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred).
Experience: Retail sales 1 year (preferred); Customer service 1 year (preferred).
