SDR - Post-Purchase SaaS

Post-purchase is having a moment. Returns rates have crept up, international logistics have got messier, and brands are now bleeding margin on the post-sale side faster than they're winning it back on acquisition. The platforms solving it are scaling fast.

The business is a Series A post-purchase SaaS based in Madrid with an EMEA footprint. Around 25 people, well-funded, with a client list that reads like the front row at fashion week. They're scaling their outbound team and need SDRs who can run hard in a category that's actually growing.

What you'd own:

• A patch of mid‑market and upper commercial DTC brands across EMEA
• Pipeline you build from cold, not one you inherit
• A direct line to the founders on deal strategy
• A clear path into an AE seat as the team scales

What they want:

• 12 to 24 months in an SDR or BDR seat, ideally in ecommerce, DTC or logistics
• A real track record of hitting quota, not just turning up
• Hungry over polished. Curiosity over credentials.
• Comfortable picking up the phone, not hiding behind email

London or remote EMEA. English essential, Spanish a nice bonus.
