This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role with genuine ownership. You’ll manage the onboarding, training and ongoing specialist support for HBHR Learn customers, while working directly with our Chief Product Officer to feed customer insight into the future development of the product.

With a dedicated commercial team already taking HBHR Learn to market, this is an opportunity to take ownership of an important and growing product area within a fast-moving SaaS business.

What you’ll do

• Own the onboarding and implementation of HBHR Learn for new and existing customers.
• Deliver engaging training to client administrators, managers and users.
• Manage LMS configuration, user imports and platform setup where required.
• Become the specialist point of contact for HBHR Learn questions and support.
• Help customers get maximum value from the platform and drive successful adoption.
• Become the internal subject‑matter expert for HBHR Learn across Product, Customer Success and Onboarding.
• Support the commercial team with specialist product knowledge and demonstrations where required.
• Capture recurring customer feedback, challenges and opportunities and feed these directly into the Product team.
• Work closely with the Chief Product Officer to identify product improvements and help shape future functionality.
• Support testing and rollout of new features and ensure customers and internal teams understand new functionality.
• Help continually improve and scale our LMS onboarding, training and support processes.
• Maintain training materials, guidance and product documentation.

About you

We’re looking for someone who enjoys being the person people turn to when they need an answer.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Experience working with an LMS, learning technology platform or similar SaaS product.
• Experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, support or product training.
• Confidence delivering software demonstrations and training sessions.
• Strong customer‑facing and communication skills.
• A good understanding of LMS administration, learner data, courses and reporting.
• Enough technical confidence to work with system configuration, data imports and integrations.
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple customers and priorities.
• A proactive mindset and an interest in continually improving both the product and the customer experience.
• An interest in AI and how it can improve learning, support and the wider employee experience.

Most importantly, we want somebody who wants toown the LMS product area, rather than simply process implementations.

Why HBHR?

You’ll be joining a genuinely fast‑growing technology business at a point where you can have real influence.

HBHR Learn is already supported by dedicated sales and marketing resource and sits within a much broader HR, payroll and AI ecosystem. You’ll work directly with our Chief Product Officer, have close access to the teams developing and selling the product and play a visible role in its growth.

We move quickly, good ideas are acted upon and you’ll have the opportunity to help shape both the customer experience and the product itself.
