360 Excavator Operator

Groundworks Gang - 2 x Groundworkers & 1 x Machine Driver (External Works)

Location: Beckton, London E6

Job Type: Contract / Self-employed (CIS) (or PAYE - amend as needed)

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced groundworks gang to join us on a project in Beckton, carrying out external works and finishing packages. The ideal setup is an established gang of 2 groundworkers and 1 machine driver who are used to working together, but we're also happy to hear from individuals.

The Work Includes

• External slabbing and paving
• Block paving (laying, cutting and compacting)
• Kerbs, edgings and associated groundworks
• Sub-base preparation and levelling
• Finishing works to a high standard

Requirements

• Proven experience in external works, block paving and slabbing
• Valid CSCS card (essential)
• Machine Driver: valid CPCS or NPORS ticket for (360 excavator / forward tipping dumper / other)
• Own hand tools
• Able to read drawings and work to levels
• Reliable, punctual and focused on quality finishes
• (Own PPE / PPE provided
