The Commercial Property team of our client require a newly qualified real estate solicitor to join their Hampshire offices.

The successful commercial property solicitor will be joining one of the largest real estate teams in the UK and will advise an impressive variety of clients including:

• Commercial and residential developers
• Investors
• Major corporate occupiers
• Banks/ funders

Offering exceptional market knowledge to their clients, the team holds an excellent reputation with clients and the market generally.

Thefirm is seeking a real estate solicitor able to demonstrate:

• A newly qualified with up to 2years of PQE
• Training gained from a leading real estate team
• Experience advising and representing clients on a variety of general real estate matters.
