Multi-Track EL/PL Claims Handler

Davies is seeking an Intermediate/Multi Track File Handler in Liverpool to manage a caseload of EL and PL claims, primarily intermediate/multi-track, valued £25,000–£100,000. The role involves liability assessment, strategy, and mentoring junior team members within a collaborative Corporate Sector Risk Practice.

You will work across pre-litigation to conclusion, draft pleadings, attend hearings, and ensure high-quality client service while meeting performance targets.
