From brewing award-winning beers to supplying customers across the UK, everything we do relies on great people working together. We're now looking for a Production Systems Administrator to join our Production team and play a key role in supporting our bottling and planning operations through effective use of Microsoft Business Central.

If you enjoy improving processes, working with data, supporting colleagues and making systems work smarter, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll become the go-to person for Business Central within our bottling operation, helping teams get the very best from the system while ensuring our production data remains accurate, reliable and efficient.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining production-related information within Microsoft Business Central.
• Creating and managing production plans, bills of materials, product specifications and quality records.
• Supporting Production and Planning teams with scheduling and stock management.
• Producing operational reports and KPI data to support decision making.
• Coaching and training colleagues to build confidence and capability within the system.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives that drive efficiency and reduce waste.
• Working closely with Production, Brewing, Warehousing, Finance, Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth operations across the business.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines strong administration and systems skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience using production or ERP systems within a manufacturing environment
• Excellent administration and organisational skills
• Strong IT capability and attention to detail
• The ability to analyse data and identify opportunities for improvement
• Great communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders across multiple departments
• A customer-focused approach and a genuine desire to support others

It would be great if you also have:

• Experience using Microsoft Business Central
• Experience within food and beverage manufacturing

What Makes You Successful in This Role?

You'll thrive if you:

• Take ownership and pride in your work.
• Enjoy solving problems and improving processes.
• Are comfortable working with data and systems.
• Build strong relationships across teams.
• Love supporting and developing others.
• Bring energy, curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset every day.

Why Robinsons?

We're an independent family brewer with a long history, strong values and ambitious plans for the future. We believe great businesses are built by great people, and we're committed to creating an environment where you can develop, grow and make a genuine impact.

In return, you'll join a supportive team, work with talented colleagues and play an important role in helping our production operations perform at their very best.

Ready to make a difference behind the scenes of one of Britain's most respected breweries? We'd love to hear from you.
