Registered Manager –Supported Living

Location: Inverness | Full-time

We're looking for an experienced and values-driven Registered Manager to lead a group of established supported living services across Inverness.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team supporting people with learning disabilities and autism , while leading and developing a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.

What you'll be doing

As Registered Manager, you'll:

Lead and develop teams across five supported living services, creating a positive and supportive working environment.
Oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and a range of complex support needs.
Support and develop your Team Leaders and wider support teams, helping them achieve their full potential.
Drive continuous improvement across the services and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
Build strong and positive relationships with the people we support, their families, colleagues and local communities.
Ensure services operate effectively while providing safe, meaningful and personalised support.
Lead by example and create a culture where people feel supported, valued and empowered.

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone who is passionate about social care and has the leadership experience to make a real difference.

You'll ideally have:

Previous management experience within adult social care, ideally within supported living, learning disabilities or autism services .
Strong experience in operational and people management.
Experience leading, developing and motivating teams.
A good understanding of quality, compliance and regulatory requirements within social care.
A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally between services.
A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred support.
