We are recruiting for a small, homely residential care home in Birmingham with an excellent reputation, strong occupancy levels, a positive working culture, and a dedicated team already in place. This is an exciting opportunity to join a service that is performing well and offers the support needed to continue its success.

About You

• Current Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager ready for your first registration
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
• Passion for delivering outstanding care
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification (or working towards)
• Committed to creating a warm, welcoming environment for residents and staff alike
