Newcastle Building Society is seeking a Customer Adviser for a part-time role based in Gosforth. You’ll engage with customers, understand their financial needs, book appointments, process transactions, and support opening savings accounts, while ensuring excellent service daily.
You’ll work 21 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday 9am–5pm plus Saturday shifts on a rota. Training is provided, and the role rewards teamwork, development, and a supportive, member-owned environment.
