Omnichannel Sales Supervisor - Fashion Retail

New Look Preston is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to lead the store team in delivering an outstanding Omnichannel experience. You will work with management to ensure customers receive the highest level of service, reflect our Brand Values, and inspire the team to achieve results in-store and online.

You will develop the team, coach on YATD techniques, drive visual merchandising, embed KIND values, monitor KPIs, and promote a supportive culture.
