Student Wellbeing & Behavior Officer

Astrea Academy Woodfields is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Officer to help create a safe, supportive learning environment for scholars. You will work with the Pastoral Year Leads to promote wellbeing, attendance and positive behaviour, liaise with families and external agencies, and maintain accurate pastoral records.

The role emphasises safeguarding, inclusion and high expectations, with opportunities for professional development within a growing multi-academy trust.
