Graduate B2B Sales & Management Trainee

Bridgewater UK is offering a fast-paced graduate Trainee role in England. You’ll join the UK’s largest B2B supplier of electrical equipment, start with a structured six-month training programme across warehouse, logistics and sales, and progress into field sales and management with hands-on learning and mentorship.

You’ll build relationships with electricians and tradespeople, travel locally in a company car after initial training, and aim for leadership within the group.
