SEMH & Pastoral Learning Partner

We're recruiting an SEN Learning Partner to support primary-aged children with social, emotional and mental health needs .

• Build strong but appropriate relationships
• Remain calm during challenging situations
• Use positive reinforcement and de-escalation
• Recognise triggers and changes in behaviour
• Encourage resilience and independence
• Work collaboratively with teaching and SEND staff

Experience in SEMH, SEND, pastoral support, mentoring, youth work or behaviour support would be particularly relevant.

If you're patient, resilient and motivated by making a genuine difference, we'd love to hear from you.
