Protocol Education Limited is seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Partner to support primary-aged children with social, emotional and mental health needs. You will provide consistent, trusted support to help pupils manage emotions, build resilience and navigate classroom expectations.
The role emphasises de-escalation, relationship-building, and working closely with teaching and SEND staff to tailor interventions. Previous SEMH/SEND experience is advantageous, and training is provided.
