Night Senior Care Lead for Dementia & Elderly Care

The Cinnamon Care Collection is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for night shifts to join our luxury Rokewood Court home. You will lead a small night team, ensuring high standards of care for residential and dementia residents, and supporting individuals to maintain independence.

Ideal candidates hold an NVQ level 3 (or equivalent), with supervisory experience and knowledge of CQC standards. Two years' experience with older people is preferred; medication administration expertise is required.
