A leading international consumer brand undergoing significant UK growth is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to take ownership of its UK social media strategy and execution across multiple digital platforms.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused social media professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on content creation. You'll be responsible for building audience engagement, driving brand awareness, managing creator partnerships and delivering high-impact campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and emerging channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the UK social media strategy across all key platforms.
• Create and manage engaging content calendars aligned to brand, product and campaign activity.
• Lead influencer, creator and agency relationships, ensuring content is delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Manage community engagement and support brand reputation management.
• Utilise analytics and insights to optimise performance and maximise engagement.
• Support launches, events, activations and major marketing campaigns through social channels.
• Work closely with wider Marketing, Digital, PR and Commercial teams to ensure an integrated customer journey.
• Monitor industry, cultural and platform trends to identify new opportunities for audience growth.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Social Media, Content Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Demonstrable success managing and growing social channels for recognised consumer-facing brands.
• Strong experience across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook.
• Experience managing influencers, creators, agencies and external suppliers.
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling and content planning skills.
• Data-driven approach with strong analytical capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines within a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Experience

• Automotive, Mobility, Technology, Gaming, Entertainment, Fashion, Lifestyle or Consumer Electronics sector experience.
• Video editing and content creation skills.
• Agency background.
• Experience delivering social coverage for events, launches and brand activations.

Package

• Basic Salary: £50,000 DOE
