Role Overview

We are hiring a Recruitment Consultant based in the UK for a full-time, hybrid role with flexible working options. In this role, you will source, screen, and select top-tier candidates , conduct interviews, and manage client relationships, helping to match outstanding talent with leading life science companies .

Ideal Candidate Profile

Demonstrated expertise in recruitment and talent sourcing .
Strong skills in interviewing and candidate assessment .
Excellent client relationship management abilities.
A solid understanding of the life science industry is highly advantageous.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills .
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team .
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Life Sciences , or a related field.
