• Assist with store administration, rota management and operational tasks
• Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer service
• Drive sales performance through outstanding customer conversations and product recommendations
• Support, motivate and develop colleagues
• Help create a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and operations
• Take ownership of the store and step up when needed in the manager's absence
• Develop your leadership skills within a premium retail environment

What you'll get

• Free eyewear annually with immediate eligibility
• Monthly bonus potential up to £350 plus uncapped commission
• Family and friends discount of up to 75% with free eye tests
• 33 days annual leave with the option to buy or sell holiday
• Employee Assistance Programme for confidential wellbeing support
• Opportunities to support the OneSight EssilorLuxottica Foundation
• Clear progression opportunities within David Clulow and the wider EssilorLuxottica business
• Ongoing training and development to support your career growth

What we're looking for

• Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience with a passion for delivering results
• A natural ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A willingness to learn, develop and take on new responsibilities
• Someone who enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team
• Confidence supporting and guiding colleagues when required
• An inclusive mindset and ability to work within a diverse environment
• Customer-focused, proactive and solutions-driven
• Optical retail experience and/or previous leadership experience would be advantageous but is not essential

Whether you're already working as a Store Supervisor looking for your next challenge, or you're an experienced retail professional ready to take your first step into leadership, this is an excellent opportunity to build your career with a premium optical brand.
