Location: Tyseley, Birmingham (B11)

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm (with potential extensions to 6:00pm during peak periods)

About the Role

We are seeking motivated and dependable Warehouse Operatives to join a rapidly expanding fulfilment operation based in Tyseley, Birmingham. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and possess a strong commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.

As part of the warehouse team, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed, packed, and dispatched accurately while maintaining high operational and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and process customer orders using handheld scanning devices.
• Verify product information, including batch numbers and expiry dates.
• Pack and prepare orders for dispatch in line with company standards.
• Label parcels correctly and ensure timely shipment.
• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
• Report stock discrepancies and operational issues to supervisors.
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse and production teams to achieve daily operational targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience within a warehouse, e-commerce fulfilment, logistics, or production environment is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Basic computer literacy and confidence using warehouse systems and scanning equipment.
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods and handling moderate lifting duties.
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing business needs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
