Well Pharmacy is seeking a Care Home Co-ordinator in Stoke-on-Trent to support our digital pharmacy operations. Working behind the scenes in a distribution Healthcare Services Centre, you will coordinate monthly medication supplies for care homes and liaise with surgeries and our pharmacy team to ensure timely fulfilment.
You will maintain records and patient safety standards, onboarding new care homes, and pro-actively resolve ongoing supply issues as part of a distant selling digital pharmacy
