Office Supervisor: Customer Experience & CRM Lead

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, invites an Office Supervisor to join our Perth & Kinross operations. Lead a small office team delivering outstanding phone and email service to our elderly customers, while ensuring KPIs are met and processes are compliant with health and safety standards.

You will work closely with the Depot Operations Manager, leverage CRM tools, and support tele-sales and local marketing activities to grow the customer base.
