Returns Coordinator

We are now seeking a dedicated and highly organised Returns Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:

As a Returns Coordinator at Thurlow Nunn Distrigo, you will play a vital role in ensuring our commitment to customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing customer returns efficiently, analysing product movements, and making informed decisions on placing items back in stock or returning them to the manufacturer. Your keen eye for detail and excellent time management skills will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of customer returns, including processing, documenting, and tracking items throughout the return process.
• Analyse returned products to identify the reason for return, whether due to defects, damage, or customer preferences.
• Collaborate with various teams, including the warehouse, quality control, and sales, to ensure seamless returns processing.
• Make well-informed decisions on whether returned items can be reintroduced into stock or if they need to be returned to the manufacturer.
• Maintain accurate records of all return transactions and generate reports for management.
• Monitor return trends and provide insights to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Implement and enforce returns policies to ensure compliance with company guidelines and industry regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve the returns process and customer experience.
• Support the wider warehouse operations team when required.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a keen ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise efficiently.

Excellent time management skills, capable of meeting deadlines and handling high-volume workloads.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify root causes of returns and recommend appropriate actions.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with various teams and address customer inquiries professionally.

Familiarity with inventory management systems and tools to track returns and maintain accurate records.

Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous, particularly in an automotive parts distribution or related industry.

Hours

Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm
