Club Operations Assistant - Member Experience Champion

David-Lloyd-Clubs in Stevenage is seeking an Operations Assistant to support across the club and ensure our members feel safe while enjoying an excellent experience every day.

You will assist with opening and closing tasks, welcome members, help teams, and contribute to a friendly, efficient environment in a fast-paced setting.

A passion for customer service, teamwork and strong communication is essential;Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential.
