Description

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our Exeter office. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play an important role in delivering an excellent front-of-house experience while supporting the smooth running of the office.

The Role

You'll provide a high-quality reception service and support a range of office activities.

• Welcome clients, visitors and colleagues in a professional manner.
• Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately.
• Coordinate meeting rooms, catering and AV facilities.
• Ensure reception and client areas are kept tidy and presentable.
• Support office events and general administrative tasks, including travel bookings and expenses.

The Candidate

We're looking for a proactive and organised individual who enjoys delivering excellent service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and use initiative.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Professional, approachable and adaptable.
• Previous reception or office administration experience.
• Experience with AV equipment would be advantageous.
