Family Hub Project Worker II - Early-Help & Family Support

Children and Families Newcastle is seeking a Project Worker 2 to join the Family Hub team and deliver early help support to families across Newcastle. You will work with partners across the Family Hub network to run targeted interventions, group activities and promote positive outcomes.
