Experienced Family Paralegal

- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: Circa £28,000-£32,000 (DOE)

Day-to-day of the role:
- Assist family solicitors in managing caseloads involving divorce, child custody, and property settlements.
- Prepare legal documents, briefs, and letters under the supervision of solicitors.
- Conduct legal research and compile evidence for cases.
- Manage client communications and provide updates on case progress.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and maintaining case files.
- Attend court proceedings and client meetings alongside solicitors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Paralegal within a family law team, with fee-earning capabilities.
- Strong understanding of family law and court procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant paralegal qualification or equivalent legal experience.
