Temporary Recruitment Resourcing Specialist - French Speaking

This temporary assignment suits a fluent French and English speaker supporting recruitment activity across France. Based in Whitley Bay, the position operates fully remotely, with occasional travel to Newcastle and initial training held at that office over several days. Lasting until August 2027, the contract pays up to £150.60 daily plus holiday pay.

Duties include sourcing candidates via job boards, social media and professional networks, screening applicants, and building talent pools for a global organisation expanding its European team. Strong communication, research and organisational abilities are essential, alongside confidence engaging overseas prospects and maintaining accurate records throughout each hiring campaign.

We are looking for a fluent French and English speaker to join a growing recruitment and resourcing team. Our client is a well-established global organisation with a strong international presence and a growing European team. As part of their continued expansion, they are looking for a Resourcing Specialist to support their recruitment activity across France and help identify and engage high-quality talent.

Duration: Until August 2027

Work Type: Fully Remote (with occasional travel to Newcastle)

Training: Flexibility to attend the Newcastle office for a few days during the first few weeks for initial training

Rate: £150.60 + holiday pay

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks and internal databases.
• Review CVs and conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates'' skills, experience and language capabilities.
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate information within the ATS.
• Provide candidate summaries and recommendations to recruitment teams.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the process, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
• Track sourcing activity and contribute to recruitment reporting and improvements.

About You

• Fluent French and English.
• Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruitment or sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working with recruitment systems.
