Lettings Officer

re you an experienced housing professional with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? We are seeking a proactive Lettings Officer to support the efficient allocation of homes and help individuals and families access suitable accommodation.

In this role, you will manage housing applications, coordinate property lettings, carry out tenancy sign-ups, and work closely with applicants, residents and partner organisations. You'll ensure properties are allocated fairly and in line with relevant policies, maintaining accurate records and delivering a positive customer experience throughout the lettings process.
