We are looking for a confident Admin Assistant to join our team at Cygnet Nield House.

You will be working full time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday). Cygnt Nield House is a 29-bed mental health hospital for women.

The hospital is split into two distinct wards, each offering specialist mental health services: Clarion Ward: a 14 bed complex personality disorder service for women with a dual diagnosis of personality disorder and co-morbid disordered eating.

Compton Ward: a 15 bed acute service for women.

The service provides a safe and stabilising environment for women who are experiencing an acute episode of mental illness and require an emergency admission.

Your Day-to-Day...

Provide a high standard of organisational & administrative support

Prepare reports & other written materials to a high standard

Keep files & records as required

Work co-operatively with all other members of the administration team to ensure the department runs smoothly

Occasional minute taking at meetings & taking notes for meetings as & when required

Answer the telephone & respond to all enquiries in a friendly, efficient manner . You are...

Anadministrator with experience in health care & knowledge of mental health

Flexible, organised, able to prioritise workloads, solve problems & make decisions

Calm under pressure & can work under your own initiative

A strong written & verbal communicator with an eye for detail and excellent interpersonal skills

Highly proficient in the use of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Windows & the internet.
