This full-time, temporary HR Advisor position in Weston-super-Mare offers £20.49 per hour for an initial two-month assignment, commencing late October until the end of December. Senior HR Advisor – 2-Month Temporary Assignment

What you'll be doing

Advising managers on employee relations matters, helping them navigate situations confidently and fairly.
Providing practical guidance on HR policies, employment legislation and best practice.
Supporting recruitment and ensuring key people processes are completed accurately and consistently.
Working closely with colleagues across the wider People function to provide a responsive HR service.
Helping managers address people issues and find practical, proportionate solutions.
Reviewing HR information and data to identify trends and support effective decision-making.
Contributing to organisational change, workforce planning and other people related projects as required.
Supporting improvements to HR processes and ways of working.
Building positive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

What we're looking for

This role would suit an experienced HR Partner, HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor who is confident operating in a busy environment and can quickly get up to speed.
Strong generalist HR experience.
Good working knowledge of UK employment legislation.
Experience handling employee relations cases from start to finish.
Confidence advising and supporting managers.
Experience with recruitment and wider employee lifecycle processes.
Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
A calm, practical and solutions focused approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
CIPD Level 5, working towards the qualification, or equivalent practical experience.
A full UK driving licence.
