Recruitment Resourcer

RECRUITMENT RESOURCER REQUIRED - BOLTON

JDR Recruitment are looking for a confident and motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy Bolton head office!

Bolton Head Office
Monday-Friday | 8:00am-4:30pm
Temporary role with the opportunity to become permanent
Full UK driving licence preferred for occasional onsite inductions

This is a fast-paced recruitment role where you'll be dealing with candidates daily and supporting the recruitment process from registration through to placement.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Registering and onboarding candidates
• Conducting Right to Work checks
• Sourcing and screening candidates
• Speaking with candidates and managing communication
• Arranging interviews and inductions
• Supporting the wider recruitment team
• Keeping candidate records and compliance up to date

Recruitment experience is preferred, but personality matters more. We're looking for someone who is confident, motivated, organised and proactive , with the drive to succeed in a busy recruitment environment.
