Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Benefits + Car / Car Allowance
Milton Keynes and Home Counties

Permanent – Full Time – 40 Hours

About the Role

As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will serve as the primary point of contact between residents, project stakeholders, and the construction team. The successful candidate willbe responsible forfostering positive relationships with residents, addressing their concerns, and ensuring that their needs are met.

Working to deliver the best qualityservice,you’llbe responsible fora first-class liaison and administrative support to our project team in a professional and efficient manner.

About You

You will have experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or experience working with a main contractor. It would also beadvantageousto have experience within a social housing environment.

Experience ofEasyBOPconstruction softwarewould be beneficial but is not essential.

You must live within reasonable distance of the Milton Keynes area and be willing to travel between Milton Keynes, Colchester and Welwyn Garden City and hold a clean full UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.
