Children's Support Worker

For genuine occupational requirements we require female support workers for this client.Would you love a rewarding role, supporting our 15 year old client in her family home and out in the community, for 12 hour shifts (days and nights available)?Come and join Active Assistance.What you'll be doing:We are expanding our client base and have a new client in Harwich.This role is to support a 15 year old girl who has a spinal cord injury and respiratory issues, in her family home and out in the community.Meet our client:Our client lives at home with her family and two dogs. She loves a joke/having a laugh, loves animals, makeup and beauty, games and musical theatre.Shifts:Days and Nights availableDays: 8am-8pmWaking Nights: 8pm-8amPart time (24 hours) or Full time (36-48 hours) availableIn this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance.
