Community IV Nurse – Home Care & Parenteral Nutrition

Inizio is seeking a Community IV Nurse to deliver patient-centred care at patients' homes across Manchester. You will administer PN and IV therapies, assess conditions, and escalate concerns while supporting hospital-to-home transitions.

Travel between visits is part of the role and driving is required. You will train patients and carers to manage treatments, collaborate with NHS colleagues, and maintain accurate records in line with governance and standards.
