Job Title: Deputy Manager
Location: Allerton, Liverpool
Salary: Negotiable

Working Hours / Shift Pattern: 160 hours per month – 5 full shifts inclusive of sleep‑ins, with the remaining hours split across 9-5 shifts

Service: Children's Home
Service Users: 2 children (initially 1 young person on placement), EBD, staffed at a 2:1 ratio

The Home:

• Number of beds: Registered for 4, currently operating for 2
• Ofsted rating: Awaiting first inspection (2 of the company's other homes are rated Good)

Who you will be working for:

• Family-run, close-knit company
• Number of homes: 3 currently, 4th in progress
• Other services: Children's residential only

• Training / qualifications: Full training provided, including external courses on request; access to Level 3 and Level 4 Residential Childcare / Children, Young People & Families Practitioner qualifications
