New Horizon Youth Centre in London is seeking a Youth Outreach Worker to join our Rough Sleeping team. You will deliver a holistic street-based service to young people who are homeless or at risk, providing housing guidance, advocacy and access to our day centre.
The role requires twice-weekly street outreach shifts (early mornings and late evenings), a commitment to trauma-informed practice, and strong partnership working with local authorities and voluntary services.
